Pet Odors & Urine Stains
Pet urine is an issue of the carpet, pad, and subfloor beneath. Cleaning the carpet's surface will not remove pet odors if they penetrate its backing. Pet odor removal is a separate service that involves extracting or treating the carpet pad beneath. Note: Removing or treating pet urine involves applying cleaning agents to the carpet and pad; hardwood or concrete sub-floors may retain urine after the cleaning and continue to off-gas pet odors. Pacific Steam is not responsible for treating or removing cosmetic or structural damage from pet urine. We can not guarantee complete odor or stain removal. The only way to 100% fully remove all pet urine odors from the carpet is to replace the carpet, pad, or seal or replace the subfloor beneath.
