Pet Odors & Urine Stains

Pet urine is an issue of the carpet, pad, and subfloor beneath. Cleaning the surface of the carpet will not remove pet odors if penetrate the backing of the carpet. Pet odor removal is a separate service that involves either extracting or treating the carpet pad beneath. Note: Removing or treating pet urine involves applying cleaning agents to the carpet and pad; hardwood or concrete sub-floors may retain urine after the cleaning and may continue to off-gas pet odors. Pacific Steam is not responsible for cosmetic or structural damages resulting from pet urine treatment or removal. We can not guarantee complete odor or stain removal. The only way to 100% fully remove all pet urine odors from the carpet is to replace the carpet, pad, or seal or replace the subfloor beneath.
